COOK was founded in 1997 by Edward Perry and Dale Penfold, who had the mad idea of trying to cook and sell frozen ready meals that would be made like you would at home.

RPF Projects has been working with Cook since 2008 to provide project management and cost control service that has helped COOK expand steadily throughout the UK.

The company has grown into a national retail brand with 70 shops and a rapidly growing online delivery business. It has branded freezers in about 400 independent retailers and now employs 500 people.
